Built to leave every home better than we found it.
Lamor Ventures started with a simple belief: everyone deserves a safe, comfortable place to call home. Too many houses sit neglected, and too many families live in places that fall short of that. We set out to change it, one property at a time.
Today we own and operate multifamily rentals across Ohio, Alabama, North Carolina, and Tennessee, and we renovate single-family homes for resale. We fix them right, manage them well, and hold most of them for the long term. That hands-on experience taught us what makes a deal work, and what doesn’t.
As our pipeline grew, we found more good deals than we could buy ourselves. So we opened them up to investors who share our standards. Every property we send you is one we’d be comfortable owning, in a market where we already invest.
Our goal is bigger than any single deal: building generational wealth, coast to coast. That wealth is for the families who live in our homes, the investors who grow with us, and the neighborhoods we help rebuild.

Adrian, Founder
Adrian started Lamor Ventures to build better housing and create lasting wealth for the people it touches. He has built a portfolio of multifamily rentals and renovated homes across Ohio, Alabama, North Carolina to name a few, using buy-and-hold, BRRRR, and fix-and-flip strategies. He still reviews the numbers on the deals we take on, and his standard is simple: would we own it ourselves?
